Baked chocolate cookies!!

Yesterday(saturday) afternoon, went to find eric to drink tea but he suddenly said went to his house to make cookies. It was quite intresting but this was his 1st time to bake cookies, so the butter and flour were spreading out while whiping...haha!


-oh my god! this stair is so narrow!

-this "fatty" is quite cute but heavy!

-Addy is very "guai" but diam diam...

-i don't know its name but i know it like to sleep!

-chop it into small pieces...the coco was very hard!

-recipe

-butter!! (actually people will used planta butter, i don't know why he wanna use this butter!)

-filtering flour

-prepared 2 eggs

-brown sugar

-because the butter is square in shape and also just took out from refrigerator, so when whiped it, some butter were fall out.

-had to cut the butter into very very small pieces and added 1 egg.


-luckily ...success to whip it.


-sighing..he was finding soda powder..

-added vanilla extract

-mix with choco~~late!^^

-make it balance..

-preparing to bake!

-like shit...>_<
-wooh!

-done!

-last but not least, its were quite delicious. Failure but success..

A guest from Raub named Apple

25th, afternoon went to pick apple at Mentakab bus station and sent her to my home. Soowen, wei, ah hong, peter and jack were at my house too. Later on, we went to old town, the store(to see him) and relaxing point. About 5pm++ went to SMKSS with apple to play volleyball. Since last year june i never touch volleyball already. My hand were pain like hell while digging. Dinner together with my father and went to supper at temerloh abc. Apple said that the sotong was so cheap and she ate 2 plates.

26th, woke up early morning to jog at chatin with peter, kelly and apple. Then, went to eat breakfast at Kampung Baru tomyan shop. Afternoon went to secrect recipe with apple. Then, sent her to bus station and said goodbye to her!!T_T

Some of my friends said that apple very lenglui..apple ar! hear it or not? haha, i know curi-curi smile 1...

Gundam! What a famous animation!

Saturday, Jack came to my house to build gundam.Later on, epeng came to join us. It were me and epeng 1st time to play this. We found it was quite challenging and fun. This toy was quite expensive..more than rm100..






Sunday,early morning go jogging with kelly, epeng, jack and peter. My leg was extremely tired! After that went to Temerloh ate breakfast and went to Kelly's house to build gundam.

In hometown now...

Well, i'm back! Reached at mentakab on saturday about 9pm++. After i opened computer only i knew that that day was valentine's day. Sunday, mama was coming back from singapore. Very seldom for whole family to eat together and stays in home. Monday, mama and big sister were going back to KL and singapore.^^
How come i came back so early leh? Because i already resigned my job and selected to be casino trainee croupier dealer, wor~! Is it great? I don't think so.., and i'll going back on 4th March. Oh yar! i need a nick name when working in casino, any suggestion?
